Growth track is split up into 3 steps. each step is designed for you to connect with our church, discover your PERSONALITY TYPE and spiritual gifts, decide on the team you would like to serve on if you choose, and after completion you'll have the option to join Westcoast church as a official church member.

EACH STEP HAS A VIDEO THAT YOU WILL WATCH and a booklet that you can follow along with. There is a link to the booklet to the right of each step video. feel free to print out the book if you like or just follow along with the booklet that is displayed on screen. the is for you and you can keep it after each step.

AS PART OF STEP TWO YOU WILL COMPLETE TWO ASSESSMENTS THAT WILL HELP YOU DISCOVER YOUR PERSONALITY TYPE AND SPIRITUAL GIFTS. IT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PRINT OUT THESE ASSESSMENT SHEETS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER YOU CAN PICK UP THESE ASSESSMENT SHEETS AT OUR CONNECT CORNER.

AFTER STEPS TWO AND THREE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT YOUR TEST RESULTS FROM THE STEP TWO ASSESSMENTS AND FILL OUT THE GROWTH TRACK COMPLETION FORM AFTER COMPLETING STEP THREE. THESE RESULTS WILL BE SENT TO OUR ONLINE DATABASE.
